A film on the mental and psychological effects of isolation, inspired by the condition Misophonia- a disorder where sounds can trigger extreme emotions. Here we find Clarisse, a recluse young woman who has kept to herself for years. Shielding herself from feelings and memories that can be triggered by the outside world. Her mundane routines have built her comfort zone, until a memory creeps in, a song, that confronts her with the decision to succumb to the turmoil or to rise above it.
